AI workflow systems
Turn operational friction into leverage.
Tengency finds, builds, and deploys high‑value AI workflows for founders, agencies, and creators.
TEN‑01 / Who Tengency helps
Different businesses. The same expensive friction.
AI founders
Research and synthesis that eats founder hours, and sales operations that don’t keep pace with the product.
Agencies
Delivery and reporting done by hand, and internal knowledge locked in individual heads instead of systems.
AI creators
Content and distribution pipelines that depend entirely on the creator being at the desk.
One offer for all three: find the workflow where AI leverage is worth the most, then make it real.
TEN‑02 / Services
From opportunity to working system.
One engagement, four connected stages. Tengency stays through all of them — the same people who find the opportunity build and ship the system.
01
Find
We map how your operation actually runs and locate the workflow where AI leverage is worth the most.
02
Design
We define the system — data, tools, agent behavior, and the exact points where humans stay in control.
03
Build
We build the working system on your stack — not a deck about one — and test it against real work.
04
Deploy
We ship it into daily use with approval gates in place, then instrument and tune it until it holds.
TEN‑03 / Work
Artifacta is an artifact store for AI agents. One publish command turns an agent’s output — a report, a dashboard, a document — into a polished, shareable page with provenance built in: agent, model, session, and timestamp travel with the link.
The problem it solves: agent runs are ephemeral, but their outputs shouldn’t be. Work produced by agents disappears with the session, and nothing proves where a result came from. Artifacta gives those outputs a durable, verifiable home a viewer can open without an account.

TEN‑04 / Background
Tengency is informed by experience designing and delivering enterprise workflow systems at Salesforce and Zendesk, combined with hands‑on work building AI‑native products and agent systems.

TEN‑05 / About
Jonhnson Nakano
Founder, Tengency
Jonhnson has spent his career inside enterprise workflow systems — as a product manager at Salesforce and Zendesk, designing the systems that large sales and support organizations run on. That background shapes how Tengency works: start from the operation, not the model.
Since then he has built AI‑native products and agent systems end to end — including Artifacta — and now applies the same discipline to finding, designing, and deploying workflows for founders, agencies, and creators. He works directly on every engagement.
